Responsibilities:

• Participate in various departmental rotations, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of the retail business, including store operations, logistics, and purchasing.
• Assist with store management tasks, including stock control, customer service, and team leadership.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives within your assigned departments.
• Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline.
• Expected graduation in 2026.
• Full UK driving licence by 1st March 2026.
• Ability to live or relocate within a commutable distance from a Lidl Regional Distribution Centre.
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
