Across eight weeks, you’ll participate in diverse rotations exposing you to different facets of the business. From market research and property analysis to client interaction and project support, you’ll acquire invaluable knowledge and insights into the commercial real estate landscape. More than just learning, you’ll actively contribute to live projects, network with industry leaders, and build a foundation for your future success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with market research, data analysis, and property evaluation.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence and support deal execution activities.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits, gaining exposure to real-world transactions.
• Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams within the office, including brokers, property managers, and researchers.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, ideally in a related field such as Business, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Experience:

• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a business-related field is a plus, but not essential.
