Job Description

The Boohoo Group PLC Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with an immersive experience across various departments, including Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, IT, and more. Interns will work closely with department heads and teams, contributing to live projects that support Boohoo’s global e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations within your assigned department, supporting key projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas.
• Support in the development of digital content, marketing campaigns, or product designs.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion Design, Marketing, Business, IT, etc.).
• Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and retail industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required, but any experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors will be an advantage.
• Experience in project work, internships, or volunteering in relevant areas (marketing, design, tech) is beneficial.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
