Internship Program Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, project requirements, and engineering specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Support project teams in various stages of the project lifecycle, from design and engineering to construction and commissioning.
- Learn about different engineering disciplines and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a proven interest in engineering and the energy industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Prior experience in engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Internships or relevant coursework can be a plus.
