Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will contribute to various aspects of HR operations, including:

• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
• Providing administrative support for HR initiatives, such as onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and processing payroll
• Supporting employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and resolving employee concerns

Qualifications:

To be eligible for the SLB Internship Program in HR, you must:

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have a strong academic record
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have a passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field

Experience:

Prior experience in HR is not required, but a demonstrated interest in the field is preferred.
